what is pilates?

Pilates is an innovative and safe system of mind-body exercise using a floor mat or a variety of equipment. It evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates and can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs.  Pilates is easily adaptable to any ability level by using modifications to execute movements.

Monday: 6:30 am to 7:20 & 5:00 pm to 5:50

Tuesday: 10:00 am to 10:50 & 4:15 pm to 5:05 pm

Wednesday 9:15 am to 10:05 & 4:30 pm to 5:20

Thursday: 10:00 am to 10:50 am

Friday: 6:30 am to 7:20 am & 10:00 am to 10:50

Saturday 8:00 am to 8:50 am
