Bootcamp Classes are open to all abilities and client types. Classes offer a variety of aerobic activities to increase strength, stamina and stability. If you haven't tried one, we are so sure you'll be hooked we will offer your first class for ONLY $10.

TRX Bootcamp is a 45-minute metabolic conditioning class using various equipment such as TRX Suspension, classic workout equipment and body weight exercises to get your heart rate up and burn calories while developing strength.
